My last trip (above, details in my next dispatch) was a proud moment in packing prowess: 10 days, one carry-on, and barely a repeat in sight—except for gym gear, which got a quick sink-side rinse. But New York Fashion Week? Different beast. I want to debut fresh fall finds, even though the weather is still clinging to summer. Luckily, I’ll be staying at my sister’s place downtown—laundry privileges included. Plus, I’m plotting extra suitcase space for inevitable NYC-sourced wardrobe additions. Current packing equation looks like this, with a few scheduled events in mind:

Monday, 7PM: Dinner at Odeon with friends:
